Mind-Prep Sundays 10-11am

6-week Session - May 3 - June 14

Join us on Sundays to prep your mind and body for the upcoming week. Mindfulness, meditation, and yoga will bring you into a great space to start your week off in a good way!

Treat Yourself Thursdays 7-8pm

6-week Session - May 7 - June 18

Join us for a gentle practice of meditation and yin yoga to wind-down and rest, resetting the nervous system.
